Ingredients such as vitamins C and E help combat free radical damage and borage oil contains Omega 3 Fatty Acids for improved skin suppleness. It is rich in marine carotenoids from Australian algae, borage oil and carrot oil macerate and helps to promote a healthy golden glow in the skin. Initial research demonstrated an average of 17% improvement in the golden tones of the skin when this product was taken for four weeks. Dosage recommendations are as follows: If used before and after sun bathing take 4 capsules per day. If used during sun exposure take 2 capsules twice a day. To maintain a tanned complexion throughout the year take 2 capsules per day.
